Papa Charles Mombaya (1956–2007) was a pioneering figure in Congolese Christian music. Born on October 31, 1956, in Kinshasa, he founded the choir “Les Ambassadeurs du Christ” in 1975, which won multiple awards, including Best Mixed Choir at the 1981 National Christian Choir Festival. A cantor of the Eternal, author, composer of Congolese nationality, founder of the structure Around the throne and the Bakenda foundation, Papa Charles Mombaya has released another stunning single tagged Le Nom de Jesus
